Associate — Food & Agriculture Litigation, Little Rock

Seeking an experienced litigation associate to join a trial-focused team in Little Rock defending clients in the food and agriculture sector in complex, nationwide matters. The role emphasizes courtroom and motion work, discovery, and hands-on case management in a high-volume defense practice.

The position offers exposure to hearings, depositions and trials, client-facing responsibilities, and mentorship within a collaborative national platform. Candidates should be self-starting team players comfortable conducting research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing assignments with limited supervision.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in food & agriculture litigation or regulatory practice
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Arkansas
• Strong litigation skills including writing, legal research, and persuasive oral advocacy
• Motions and discovery experience preferred; ability to manage casework with limited supervision
