Join a partner-led Fund Formation & Sponsor Solutions team in London, working on market-facing private funds work for UK and international managers, investors and service providers. The role offers early responsibility on high-quality, cross-border matters and regular collaboration with specialist teams and overseas counsel.

The team handles the full fund lifecycle and related sponsor-side matters, including structuring, regulatory and tax analysis, documentation for private fundraisings, and support on transactions such as secondaries and GP stake arrangements. You will receive structured training and mentoring and be encouraged to contribute to business development.

2–6 years’ PQE in fund formation or in-house at a private capital manager
Practical experience with private fund types (PE, private debt, VC, infrastructure, real assets)
Drafting and negotiating fund documents (LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements, offering documents)
Comfort with cross-border regulatory and tax issues and advising sponsors on operational and governance matters
Strong commercial judgement, client-facing skills and a commitment to team development
