Leading international law firm is expanding its funds practice in Frankfurt and seeks associates to join an international capital markets and funds team. The role covers fund formations through to fund investments, working for cross-border institutional clients on market-leading structuring and launch work.

The team offers early responsibility, clear career progression and structured training programs to support technical and commercial development. You will work in a collaborative, international environment on innovative capital markets and funds matters.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent; applications welcome from entry-level and experienced associates
Interest or experience in fund formation and capital markets work
Excellent English and strong German language skills
Commercial mindset, creativity, engagement and team orientation
