Apply in confidence →Experienced attorney to join an in-house legal team with responsibility for firm-wide risk and conflicts management. This role will work closely with the Office of General Counsel and Risk Management Committee to draft and administer risk policies, prepare training and client-facing templates, and advise on complex conflicts, specialized waivers, and unique engagement arrangements.
Location is flexible across U.S. offices with consideration for fully remote U.S. candidates; some travel required and occasional varied hours to cover multiple time zones. The role will also support responses to client due diligence, auditor and insurance requests, and risk-related projects tied to malpractice insurance and strategic objectives.
- Juris Doctorate and active admission to a U.S. bar in good standing.
- Minimum five years of legal experience, including at least three years of law firm experience; prior in-house or law‑firm conflicts/risk experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of professional responsibility rules, conflicts analysis, and waiver processes.
- Experience drafting risk policies, engagement templates, and training materials; strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills; ability to work with partners, business teams, and administrative staff across offices.
- Familiarity or interest in law firm use of AI tools preferred; willingness to travel and work varied hours as needed.
