The Associate General Counsel will support the firm's global Office of the General Counsel (OGC), focusing on corporate structural and regulatory compliance matters. This role involves advising on global risk management, corporate governance, and new business intake, with responsibilities including handling corporate and partnership secretarial issues, responding to regulatory changes, and mitigating legal and business risks in contracts. The position also supports the firm's reporting obligations and strategic goals.

  • Qualified lawyer with a practicing certificate admitted in England & Wales and/or New York state.
  • At least 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) at a major national or international firm.
  • Experience in a general counsel or risk management team at a major international law firm is helpful.
  • Strong academic background.
