A growing global law firm is seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join its Knowledge Management team. This senior role is central to shaping and delivering the firm's knowledge strategy, working closely with senior knowledge leadership to provide a coordinated, firmwide offering.

The knowledge function brings together knowledge lawyers, knowledge managers, advisors, information services professionals, and assistants. You will draft, review, and maintain precedents, model documents, templates, and other know-how assets; deliver legal training, webinars, and podcasts to lawyers and clients; liaise directly with clients on key legal and regulatory developments; and lead knowledge and technology projects to drive adoption and change.

You will collaborate closely with business development on thought leadership content, monitor global legal, regulatory, and market developments, and coordinate practice-group knowledge projects. The firm offers a collaborative, innovative culture with strong development opportunities and a hybrid, part-time permanent working pattern.

Around 5 years' PQE as a lawyer, either currently in a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL role or fee-earning and looking to step into knowledge and innovation.
Evident passion for knowledge management and legal technology.
Expertise in insurance and litigation is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills, with strong analytical, research, and drafting ability.
Ability to build relationships and operate credibly at all levels, including with partners.
Proactive self-starter able to manage multiple deliverables within tight timeframes.
