Associate — General Liability & Transportation Litigation — Carmel (Remote-eligible)

Growing national litigation team seeks California-licensed attorneys to handle general liability and transportation defense matters. Roles are available with remote and hybrid flexibility; candidates may reside outside the local office market.

Work will focus on defending vehicle-accident and transportation-related claims, including matters involving high self-insured retention. You will collaborate with a national team of litigators and support senior trial counsel on complex, high-stakes litigation.

• Active California bar admission required
• Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience in general liability and/or transportation matters
• Strong litigation foundation: drafting, motion practice, discovery, and courtroom advocacy
