Join a global employment & labor team advising multinational clients on US and cross-border employment matters, including transactional support for M&A and restructurings. The role focuses on counseling multinational clients on workforce deployment, cross-border employment issues and related transactional work.

This is a junior-level associate opportunity for candidates with up to 2 years' experience; recent graduates who will sit for the bar are also encouraged to apply. The role can be based in Chicago (also possible in select West Coast offices) and requires strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to operate effectively on culturally diverse, multi-jurisdictional teams.

0–2 years' relevant experience in employment & labor law (recent graduates welcome)
Some employment counseling and transactional (M&A) exposure preferred
Familiarity with cross-border/international employment issues
Admitted and in good standing in the hiring state bar, or able to sit for the bar if a recent graduate
Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
Ability to work in global, culturally diverse teams
