Join a global law firm’s Derivatives & Structured Products team in New York, working on a broad range of OTC and structured derivatives, repo/securities lending, collateralised financing, securitisation-related matters and evolving digital-asset/fintech transactions. The role combines transactional drafting and negotiation with regulatory and advisory work.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and international colleagues across the firm, supporting matters from term sheet through closing and post-closing, and preparing written advice on complex legal and regulatory issues. The team offers formal training, newlaw/technology support and regular secondment opportunities.

New York-qualified associate with mid-level experience in derivatives
Experience in credit derivatives and structured credit transactions
Familiarity with relevant US regulatory and bankruptcy issues affecting derivatives and related products; exposure to digital assets/fintech advantageous
Strong drafting, transaction-management and cross-border experience
Excellent academic record, attention to detail and client relationship/business development skills
