Growing Government Contracts team in Washington, D.C. seeks an associate with experience handling federal procurement matters, focused on bid protests and procurement-related disputes.

Day-to-day work includes representing clients in GAO and Court of Federal Claims proceedings, conducting federal procurement research and analysis, and drafting protests, briefs, motions, and client memoranda. The role involves close collaboration with senior lawyers on complex matters and opportunities to contribute strategically to case development and client service.

  • 2–4 years' experience in government contracts law, with meaningful bid protest experience before GAO and/or the U.S. Court of Federal Claims
  • Strong litigation experience and excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and on teams
  • Member of the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in
