Join a leading international capital markets team in Hong Kong as an Associate focusing on Greater China equity and debt transactions. You will work on IPOs and other ECM matters, with exposure to some DCM work and cross-border regulatory issues.

The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documentation, liaising with regulators and exchanges, conducting legal research on securities and regulatory matters, and collaborating with regional teams to support seamless deal execution.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 1 year PQE in capital markets at a reputable law firm or financial institution
Proven experience on ECM transactions; some exposure to DCM desirable
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
Fluent English and Mandarin; strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with cross-border teams
