Associate — Health Insurance & ERISA Litigation — Carmel

Boutique role within a large national litigation platform representing health insurers and payors. The position focuses on defending life, health, disability and payor–provider disputes, ERISA matters, class actions, state statutory claims and related litigation in state and federal courts.

You'll manage your own matters — develop and implement discovery plans, take and defend depositions, prepare case assessments, and draft dispositive and substantive pleadings. The role offers opportunities for remote work, professional development, and participation in a broad docket of complex insurance-related litigation.

Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, including eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses and student loan repayment assistance. The stated pay range for this role is $130,000–$165,000.

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification litigation experience handling health insurance, ERISA, or payor–provider disputes
• Proven courtroom and discovery experience (depositions, motion practice) and strong legal writing and research skills
• Self-starter able to manage multiple matters and produce high-quality work product
• Active bar admission in any U.S. state (licensed to practice in any state acceptable)
