Join a specialist health law team in Sydney advising on complex medical malpractice, coronial matters and related regulatory and insurance issues. The role sits within a dedicated complex liabilities and insurance practice that supports government health bodies, insurers and other public-sector clients.

You will work on technically demanding disputes and inquests, drafting and advising on risk, liability and regulatory strategy. The team is collaborative and offers flexible ways of working, access to emerging legal technology and a strong focus on professional development.

At least 2 years post‑admission (PQE) with experience in health‑related disputes, ideally including medical malpractice and coronial law.
Practical courtroom experience in NSW civil and coronial jurisdictions (District and/or Supreme Court experience preferred).
Excellent plain‑English drafting and client advisory skills, with strong attention to technical detail.
Client‑focused, able to work autonomously and as part of a team on high‑profile matters.
