The position involves running a personal EL/PL caseload, advising on coverage and regulatory aspects where required, and representing clients in fast-track and multi-track claims, inquests and related proceedings.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career litigation associate to develop specialist healthcare defence experience within a nationally connected practice.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 1–3 years' post-qualification experience
Litigation experience in EL/PL or clinical negligence defence
Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
Proven ability to manage your own caseload and progress matters independently
