Join a well‑regarded Scottish healthcare litigation team handling clinical negligence, historic abuse and related regulatory work. The team acts for insurers, indemnifiers and individual healthcare professionals and works across litigation, disciplinary hearings and public inquiries.

The role is for an Associate (NQ–5 PQE) to manage a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims. The position is based in Edinburgh (with hybrid/flexible working and regular client contact) and offers the chance to work in a collaborative, supportive team as the practice continues to grow.

Qualified solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE).
Litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred. Clinical negligence or historic abuse experience advantageous but not essential.
Ability to manage a mixed caseload, work to deadlines and meet client SLAs/MI requirements.
Confident communicator with strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills and a client‑focused approach.
