Join a nationally recognised healthcare team advising public and private hospitals, pharmaceutical and device manufacturers, insurers and other healthcare providers. The group handles a broad mix of clinical negligence, regulatory and advisory work and draws on cross-practice expertise including inquests, Court of Protection matters and product liability.

This role will support partner-led matters across defended clinical negligence, medical device/product liability, regulatory representations and related advisory work. The team offers hybrid working, a collaborative culture and opportunities to work across multiple UK offices.

Qualified solicitor (practising certificate required) with approximately 1 PQE (all suitable candidates considered)
Practical experience in defended clinical negligence and medical malpractice matters
Experience of handling complex/multi-party claims and drafting court documents
Strong technical legal skills, client-facing experience and commercial awareness; ability to manage a varied caseload
