Associate — Healthcare & Medical Malpractice, Los Angeles

Seeking a litigation associate to join a large healthcare practice in Los Angeles. The group defends healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, handling a broad range of medical malpractice matters across specialties.

Successful candidates will work on all phases of defense litigation — drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and conducting depositions — while collaborating with a team of healthcare litigators in a fast-paced environment.

• Admission to practice in California.
• 1–15 years' litigation experience; medical malpractice defense experience preferred.
• Comfort drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing motions, and taking/defending depositions.
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters; self-starter and team player.
