Apply in confidence →Leading international law firm seeks an associate to join its Tech / Data / AI / Digital Health team in Paris. The role focuses on digital health matters: data protection and commercialization of health data, health regulatory advice, AI-related issues and IT/tech contracts.
The team advises international clients across life sciences, medical devices, healthtech startups, payers and care providers. Work combines regulatory counsel, privacy and data strategy, contract drafting and cross-border instructions.
Available start: June 2026. Full‑time, permanent position; fluent English required.
- Qualified to practice in France (CAPA) and holder of a Master 2 in Digital/Health or equivalent
- 3–5 years post‑qualification experience advising on data protection, health regulatory issues, AI and IT/tech contracts
- Strong drafting skills, intellectual curiosity, rigorous organisation and team spirit
- Fluent English (professional working proficiency)
