Senior in-house risk & compliance role supporting a major international law firm's Paris office. You will be the first point of contact for local risk and compliance matters, handling professional conduct obligations, anti-money-laundering requirements and coordination of data protection issues, while working closely with European and global teams.

The role mixes advisory and operational work: drafting and reviewing engagement letters and NDAs, responding to audit and onboarding queries, preparing internal guidance and training, and contributing to process improvement across the office. The position offers exposure to a pan‑European risk & compliance team and opportunities for professional development in a large, modern firm environment.

Admitted to practice in France (bar-qualified)
Minimum 3 years' experience in risk & compliance in a law firm or comparable professional services setting
Experience with national and international regulatory frameworks (AML, professional conduct, data protection)
Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment and proven team-working ability; excellent written and verbal French and English
