Top-tier Real Estate team in London is hiring an Associate to join a band‑1 Funds & Indirect Real Estate practice. The role focuses on corporatised real estate transactions, JVs and asset/investment management matters, including the establishment and operation of private REIT structures.

The position offers regular exposure to high-value, complex and often high-profile transactions across asset classes such as office, logistics, PRS/BTR, student accommodation and retail. You will work closely with fund and real estate specialists across Europe and support partner-led mandates.

This is an opportunity to develop transactional experience, contribute to client workstreams and grow into business development responsibilities within a market-leading indirect real estate practice.

Qualified solicitor with c.3–4 years PQE in a leading law firm or equivalent corporate real estate experience.
Experience in indirect/corporate real estate transactions (M&A, JVs) or broader corporate M&A with an interest in real estate; funds experience is beneficial but not required.
Strong drafting, due diligence and project management skills; ability to provide practical commercial advice.
Excellent attention to detail, judgement and interpersonal/consultancy skills for working with senior lawyers and institutional clients.
