Join a busy Scotland-based Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team advising public- and private-sector clients across transport, utilities, social infrastructure and energy. The team handles a wide mix of matters from large-scale PPP and procurement to smaller commercial contracts, offering varied transactional exposure.

The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial and procurement documents, providing strategic advice through procurement and delivery phases, and working closely with senior fee-earners across the UK. The team prioritises practical, commercially focused solutions and offers structured associate development and mentoring.

Minimum 2 years PQE in Infrastructure/Projects & Energy, or strong commercial contracts experience.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and procurement documents for public/private sector transactions.
