Join a busy Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team in London focusing on social infrastructure (healthcare, hospitals, education), PFI/PPP projects and infrastructure asset management. The role offers exposure to domestic and international transactional work across the full project lifecycle.

You will support private‑sector participants (sponsors, funders, contractors and service providers) on project documentation, bid processes and asset management matters, and advise on technical lifecycle issues such as handback, defects and contract variations.

The team combines multidisciplinary transactional capability with a commercial, client‑focused approach and offers structured associate development, mentoring and clear career progression within an expanding practice.

Minimum c.2 years PQE in Infrastructure, Projects & Energy or equivalent transactional project experience.
Experience with social infrastructure/PFI/PPP matters (healthcare, education, social housing preferred).
Familiarity with concession agreements and allocating long‑term project risk.
Strong drafting skills, stakeholder engagement, time and task management under pressure.
Commercial mindset, resilience and commitment to continuous development.
