Full-time associate role in Bonn focusing on insolvency, restructuring and related corporate matters. You will work on formal insolvency proceedings, restructuring mandates and creditor/debtor advisory across domestic German law.

The team advises on operational restructurings, insolvency plan procedures and cross-border restructuring issues. The role offers regular client contact, courtroom work and collaboration with other practice areas on transactional and corporate governance aspects.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalently qualified candidate
Practical experience in insolvency, restructuring and corporate law (bench or firm experience)
Good drafting and advocacy skills in German; ability to work in English advantageous
Team player with commercial awareness and interest in court-led proceedings and negotiated restructurings
