Minimum of 1+ years of insurance bad faith or related civil litigation experience
Experience drafting answers, handling discovery, briefing motions, and taking/defending depositions
Strong legal research and writing skills
Admission to the Nevada Bar required
Excellent interpersonal and client-communication skills; ability to manage routine litigation responsibilities
