Associate — Insurance Coverage Litigation, Las Vegas

High-quality law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its insurance coverage team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on coverage disputes and related commercial litigation, with frequent drafting, discovery, and courtroom preparation.

Successful candidates will take ownership of matters from research through hearings and mediations, working closely with senior attorneys to analyze policies, prepare coverage opinions, and manage time-sensitive casework.

• Admitted to practice in Nevada (additional admissions a plus)
• 3+ years of insurance coverage / coverage litigation experience
• Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills; experience with Westlaw/Lexis preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters, handle sensitive matters, and meet court deadlines
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
