Associate — Insurance Coverage Litigation, Las Vegas

Busy insurance defence team in Las Vegas is seeking an associate with strong coverage litigation experience to handle a range of coverage and commercial litigation matters. The role involves drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing discovery and correspondence, analyzing policies and producing coverage opinions, and participating in hearings, mediations and depositions.

• Admitted to practice in Nevada; additional admissions a plus
• Minimum 3 years of insurance coverage litigation experience
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; proficient with Westlaw/Lexis
• Experience with discovery, depositions and court filings; ability to handle sensitive, time‑critical matters
• Excellent organization, time management and teamwork skills
