Top-tier international insurance practice seeking a litigation associate to join its Las Vegas team. The role focuses on insurance coverage matters, handling coverage opinions, discovery, motions and courtroom-related tasks across first- and third-party property matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and responding to written discovery, conducting legal research, preparing coverage analyses and correspondence, participating in depositions/hearings/mediations, and managing court filings and document review.

Juris Doctor and admission to practice in Nevada (additional admissions a plus)
Minimum 3 years of insurance coverage/coverage litigation experience
Proven legal research, drafting and analytical skills (Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis experience preferred)
Experience with discovery, depositions, hearings and court filings
Strong organization, time-management, ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters, and teamwork skills
