Associate Attorney – Insurance Coverage

Our firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings and briefs
Prepare and respond to written discovery
Draft correspondence to clients and colleagues
Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and recommendations
Conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis
Review documents in preparation for litigation
Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required
Prepare and submit court filings

Qualifications

Admitted to practice in Nevada (multi-state admission a plus)
3+ years of insurance coverage experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
Team player with strong work ethic
