Associate Attorney – Insurance Coverage

Our firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings and briefs
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery
  • Draft correspondence to clients and colleagues
  • Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and recommendations
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis
  • Review documents in preparation for litigation
  • Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required
  • Prepare and submit court filings

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice in Nevada (multi-state admission a plus)
  • 3+ years of insurance coverage experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
  • Team player with strong work ethic
