Mid-level associate position in a busy corporate practice, based in the Las Vegas office of a large international law firm. The role focuses on transactional work across public and private M&A, venture capital financings and private equity matters.

You will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related transaction documents, manage significant portions of deal execution, and work with cross-office teams on matters for a range of clients. The team handles transactions for both emerging companies and larger strategic and financial buyers.

The office seeks a proactive, client-focused lawyer who can take responsibility for complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment and contribute strong written work product and commercial judgment.

3–6 years' post-qualification transactional experience, with emphasis on M&A, venture capital and/or private equity
Proven experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transaction documents
Admission to the Nevada Bar (or ability to obtain) required
Strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and ability to manage a demanding workload
