Seeking a mid-level insurance coverage litigation attorney for a fully remote role open to candidates licensed and based in New Mexico. The role focuses on complex coverage disputes, drafting coverage opinions, and managing litigation from discovery through hearings and mediations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and responding to written discovery, conducting legal research, preparing filings, participating in depositions/hearings/mediations, and advising on policy interpretation and coverage positions.
