Growing US litigation team seeks an associate to handle insurance coverage matters with an emphasis on property-related disputes. The role involves driving coverage analyses, drafting opinions and pleadings, managing discovery and court filings, and representing clients at depositions, hearings and mediations.

Admitted to practice in Nevada (additional admissions a plus)
3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience, ideally with property coverage matters
Strong legal research, analysis and writing skills (Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis familiarity)
Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing/responding to discovery, and conducting depositions/hearings
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a team
