Senior-level insurance disputes team in Sydney is seeking an Associate (1–3 PQE) to join a busy insurance litigation practice. The role offers exposure to complex coverage and professional indemnity matters, working on multi‑party and cross‑jurisdictional disputes.

You will work closely with experienced litigation lawyers, support high‑value matters, draft court documents and witness statements, conduct legal research, and assist with strategy and client meetings. The team collaborates with colleagues across an international network, providing strong mentorship and formal development opportunities.

1–3 years PQE in insurance litigation or related disputes (financial lines, professional indemnity, D&O exposure)
Solid drafting and advocacy support experience — court documents, witness statements, briefs to counsel
Strong legal research, analytical and written communication skills
Proven time management, ability to prioritise competing matters and work both independently and in teams
Commercial awareness and confidence to build client relationships; interest in contributing to BD and internal knowledge sharing
