Australian or New Zealand practising certificate
Demonstrable commercial litigation experience, preferably including class actions, from top‑tier, national/international private practice or in‑house
Strong academic record, excellent legal research and drafting skills, and a practical mindset
Ability to manage competing deadlines, work collaboratively and, when required, autonomously
Excellent communication and client service skills; proactive and commercially minded
