Associate — Insurance Litigation, Bogotá

Join a global insurance disputes team based in Bogotá, supporting local and international insurers, reinsurers and brokers. The role sits on the insurance litigation practice and covers contentious matters across litigation, arbitration and regulatory disputes.

Work will include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and appeals, handling coverage disputes and claim negotiations, and contributing to policy and contract work. The post is hybrid and requires regular client-facing work in a multinational environment.

• 6+ years' insurance litigation experience
• Proven experience across litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, discovery and appeals
• Experience working on large matters in a global/multi-jurisdictional environment
• Bilingual Spanish and English; strong written and verbal communication skills
