Associate — Insurance Litigation, Calgary

Established insurance litigation team in Calgary is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Disputes practice. The role focuses on defence-side insurance work, product liability, professional negligence and related commercial litigation matters.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of contentious and advisory matters alongside a multidisciplinary team, develop client-facing skills, and contribute to strategic litigation files. The group values collaboration, innovation and professional development.

• 2–4 years post-call litigation experience, with a focus on insurance law, product liability or commercial litigation
• Strong advocacy, drafting and research skills
• Ability to manage files and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Licensed to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (or called to the bar shortly)
