Associate — Insurance Litigation (Dallas)

Join a national insurance practice as an associate in the Dallas office supporting complex insurance coverage and defense work. The team represents insurance industry clients on first- and third-party coverage disputes, bad faith, casualty and specialty product matters, professional liability, property, and reinsurance issues.

The role involves handling coverage disputes and defense litigation matters, researching and drafting coverage opinions and position statements, and working on discovery, motion practice, and courtroom appearances as needed. This is a litigation-focused position within a well-established insurance coverage group with domestic and international matters.

• Approximately 4 years post-qualification litigation experience (PQE ~4 years)
• Texas Bar license required
• Experience with insurance coverage matters and defense of bodily-injury/catastrophic claims
• Strong legal research and writing skills; experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting/arguing motions preferred
