Associate — Insurance Litigation (Financial Lines & Professional Indemnity), Melbourne

Seeking a 3–4 PQE Associate to join a busy Melbourne insurance litigation team. The role focuses on defence work for insurers, underwriters and corporates with an emphasis on professional indemnity and financial lines (including D&O, management liability and regulatory defence).

You will handle a varied caseload of complex, technically demanding claims, undertake coverage advice and litigation, and take early hands‑on responsibility including direct client contact and strategic matter input. There are opportunities to collaborate with national and international colleagues on cross‑border matters.
