Associate, Insurance Litigation — New York

Seeking a junior- to mid-level associate to join a large U.S. practice group focused on insurance defense and related complex litigation. The role involves handling pretrial filings and litigation work across matters such as construction, mass torts, personal injury, and products liability; insurance coverage litigation experience is a plus.

Successful candidates will be able to work both independently and as part of teams, produce high-quality written work, and apply strong analytical thinking to factual and legal issues. The position is based in New York; admission to practice in New York and New Jersey is required.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in New York and New Jersey required
• Junior- to mid-level associate with substantive insurance defense litigation experience
• Experience with pretrial filings in complex litigation, including construction, mass torts, personal injury, or products liability
• Strong writing, analytical skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
