Associate — Insurance (Sydney)

Join a global specialist insurance practice in Sydney as an Associate with approximately 4 years' PQE. This role sits in the insurance and dispute resolution team and offers exposure to complex coverage and professional liability matters for local and international insurers.

You'll work on both contentious and advisory matters, including coverage disputes, D&O and professional liability litigation, regulatory responses and subrogation recoveries. The role offers hands‑on courtroom experience in state and federal courts and access to mentoring and structured career development.

• ~4 years' PQE with defendant-side insurance / coverage experience
• Experience managing insurance litigation and contentious coverage matters
• Confidence to run matters with appropriate supervision and courtroom experience
• Strong drafting, communication, time management and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and professionalism; ability to work in a hybrid team environment
