Join a market-leading Intellectual Property brands group advising on the full brand lifecycle, from clearance and prosecution through to commercialisation and enforcement. The team handles a broad mix of advisory and disputes work, including trade mark, design and copyright matters, and regularly engages with IP offices and industry bodies.

This role offers hands-on ownership of client portfolios, worldwide filing/prosecution and Registry dispute work, plus exposure to business development, training and firm-wide initiatives. The team encourages early leadership and participation in non-billable projects such as client care, social impact and wellbeing.

2-4 years' PQE in IP in private practice
Practical experience of trade mark and design strategy, clearance, prosecution, monitoring, portfolio management and enforcement
Familiarity with UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO procedures
Strong client-care, written and interpersonal skills; able to manage a diverse workload and communicate clearly with fee-earners
Organised, resilient, commercially minded and willing to support business development
