Associate — Intellectual Property Disputes (Century City)

Growing intellectual property disputes team seeks a junior-to-midlevel associate to support patent litigation matters. The role involves drafting filings, conducting discovery, preparing briefs, and working on technical issues across complex IP disputes.

Applicants should expect to join a multi-office practice with collaborative teams and exposure to high-stakes litigation and technical subject matter. The team values strong litigation fundamentals, technical aptitude, and effective client-facing communication.

• 1–5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm, with IP/patent litigation exposure preferred
• Technical background preferred (electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience)
• Active bar membership in the state of the hiring office (or eligibility to be admitted)
• Strong research, writing, and motion practice skills; experience with discovery and depositions a plus
