Permanent, full‑time associate role in Düsseldorf within a busy international IP litigation team. You will advise international clients in court and contentious matters across trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition and trade secret disputes, and support technology clients on issues at the intersection of IP and regulatory law.

The team offers a collaborative, international environment with structured training and development, and flexible/mobilised working arrangements.

German legal degree with above‑average results
Strong written and spoken English
Demonstrable interest in IP litigation (trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, trade secrets)
Commercial mindset, creativity in legal problem‑solving, and ability to work in a team
