Leading international firm’s Frankfurt office is seeking qualified lawyers to join its Intellectual Property team. The role covers both IP litigation—particularly cross‑border patent disputes—and transactional IP work including licensing, technology transactions, carve‑outs and JV matters in technology sectors.

Work will span patent infringement and validity proceedings, trademark/design and copyright disputes, trade‑secret matters and competition issues, as well as complex licensing and contractual projects. The group advises on matters involving AI, Digital Health, Industry 4.0 and IoT.

The team offers structured development, international collaboration and exposure to high‑profile, technology‑driven mandates across jurisdictions.

Qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent; excellent academic record
Interest and/or experience in IP litigation and/or transactional IP work (patent disputes, licensing, technology transactions)
Experience coordinating cross‑border matters and working with international teams
Fluent English; German required
Commercial mindset, strong drafting and advocacy skills
