Associate — Intellectual Property Litigation, Frankfurt

Joining a global IP litigation team in Frankfurt, this role focuses on contentious and transactional aspects of intellectual property and information technology law. Work spans patent disputes, trademark and trade secret matters, and related antitrust or contractual claims, with opportunities to contribute on complex, high‑stakes cases.

The role also involves negotiating and drafting IT and software agreements, supporting corporate transactions (particularly in technology and healthcare), and advising on emerging‑tech issues such as AI, data packages and blockchain‑related matters. The team handles both litigation and dispute resolution alongside transactional support.

• Minimum of 3 years' post‑qualification experience in intellectual property litigation, with exposure to patent disputes preferred.
• Experience drafting litigation filings and managing disputes; familiarity with IT/technology agreements and portfolio carve‑outs advantageous.
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; ability to work in a multinational team on complex, cross‑border matters.
