Experienced IP associate to join a busy patent practice with a focus on patent litigation and enforcement across industries, notably life sciences and telecommunications. You will advise on national court and arbitration proceedings and on issues at the interface of IP, antitrust and regulatory law.

The role is based in one of the firm’s German offices with a collaborative, international team and strong training and development programs. Flexible and mobile working arrangements are supported.

Qualified German lawyer with a strong academic record
Practical experience or clear focus in patent law and/or patent litigation
Excellent written and spoken English
