Top-tier New York litigation team seeks a lateral associate to join its Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation group. The role involves defending and enforcing patent, trademark and trade-secret matters and advising clients on IP strategy and licensing issues.

Candidates will work on complex, technical disputes that may include antitrust-related issues and will have opportunities for courtroom experience, including bench and jury trials and appeals matters.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission (New York preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a focus on IP (patent, trademark, trade secrets)
Experience drafting briefs, discovery and claim construction materials; strong legal research and writing skills
Comfort with technically complex matters and courtroom exposure (trial/appellate experience a plus)
