Associate — Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions, New York

Top-tier New York law firm is seeking an associate to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions group within the Corporate Department. The role focuses on transactional IP work including technology agreements, licensing, and related commercial transactions for sophisticated corporate clients.

The team handles complex, high-value matters across technology and life sciences sectors and works closely with corporate and regulatory colleagues. This is an opportunity to work on market-leading, cross-border deals with experienced partners and a broad client base.

The expected base salary range for this position is $310,000–$435,000.

• Juris Doctor and admission to the New York bar (or eligible to obtain).
• Minimum 4 years' post-qualification transactional experience in IP/technology matters.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements and licensing documents.
• Strong commercial judgment, client-facing experience and ability to work collaboratively on cross-disciplinary teams.
