Top-tier corporate practice seeks an experienced associate to join its Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions team in New York. The group handles IP- and technology-intensive deals across M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, licensing, collaborations, outsourcing and other commercial arrangements.

Successful candidates will work on complex transactions for large corporate clients, collaborating with corporate and IP teams on deal structuring, drafting and negotiation. Candidates with technical backgrounds and experience on AI-related, compute/digital infrastructure or other technology commercial matters are encouraged to apply.

Minimum ~4 years' post-qualification experience in a law-firm corporate practice with significant IP/technology transactions work
Substantial experience on IP/technology aspects of M&A and divestitures and on commercial technology agreements
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience working with trade-secret, licensing and collaboration terms
Technical background or demonstrable experience with AI, cloud/compute or digital infrastructure transactions preferred
