Join a leading international law firm’s Frankfurt capital markets team advising banks and multinational issuers on cross-border debt and structured capital markets transactions. The role focuses on bonds, structured issuances, securitisations and related derivatives across English- and US-law regimes.

You will work in an international, high‑calibre team on sophisticated, market‑leading matters, with early responsibility and access to structured training and development programmes to support career progression.

Strong academic and/or professional qualification in law; admitted or qualified to practise in Germany is desirable
Relevant experience in capital markets / securities transactions (bonds, securitisations, structured issuances, derivatives)
Excellent English (oral and written); ability to work on English‑law and US‑law aspects
Commercial mindset, initiative, creativity and proven teamworking skills
