Associate — International Litigation & Arbitration, New York

Leading New York litigation team is seeking a motivated junior to mid-level associate (class of 2022–2024) with a strong interest in international disputes. Candidates with prior international arbitration experience will be particularly competitive.

The team offers structured mentoring for lateral hires, formal professional development, an active pro bono programme, and a hybrid work model. The role may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The posted starting base salary range is $235,000 to $310,000 annually; final compensation will depend on skills and relevant experience in accordance with applicable law.

• Admission to practice in the United States; New York bar admission preferred.
• Junior to mid-level associates (class of 2022–2024).
• Previous law firm litigation experience; prior international arbitration experience preferred for more senior candidates.
• Strong academic record; judicial clerkship a plus.
