Established German law firm is seeking a qualified lawyer or tax advisor to join its Frankfurt tax team with a focus on international tax law and tax advice on transactions. The role involves advising on cross-border corporate reorganizations, M&A-related tax structuring and transactional due diligence.

The team advises domestic and international corporates and works closely with other practice areas to deliver integrated transactional and tax-compliance solutions. The role offers visible client work, collaboration across offices and opportunities to develop technical expertise in cross-border tax matters.

Qualified Rechtsanwalt and/or Steuerberater admitted in Germany
Experience in international tax law and tax aspects of transactions (M&A, restructurings, due diligence)
Strong drafting and analytical skills; ability to work in German and English
Team-player attitude and comfort working on cross-border matters with multidisciplinary teams
